About EAO Capital

EAO Capital was founded by Ricky Beliveau.

Following his career at Wellington Management after 6 years, Ricky has grown into one of Boston's most successful developers with over 550 units developed since 2011.

In 2022, he co-founded Origin Funding, a private investment firm focused on Massachusetts-based development projects.

Under his leadership, Origin completed 34 investments, delivering an average internal rate of return (IRR) of 21.7% and generating over $2.2 million in profits.

At the end of 2024, Ricky sold his 50% stake in Origin to his partner and launched EAO Capital. Currently, the firm is backed exclusively by Ricky and his family, with plans to raise outside capital in early 2026.
